Arm + Leg Burner Workout

I used to be staunchly in the school of thought that, to get a really good workout, I needed to be tied to some sort of gym machine for no less than ninety minutes. NINETY MINUTES! That’s so much time out of your day! I since have learned how to workout smarter with movements that give a deep, efficient burn. The workouts might be shorter, but they pack just as much (if not more) work in. It hurts so good.

This workout can be done with a light set of dumbbells like these, or cans of La Croix (well aren’t you fancy!), or no weight at all - you’ll still get an incredible burn. Enjoy!

There is some light music in the background of this video, but I highly suggest putting on some of your favorite jams to workout to. I’m always a fan of 2000’s pop music, but that’s just me.
