15 Minute Grounding Meditation

COVID insanity aside (although, what a time to be alive!) I think we could all always use a bit of grounding. If you’re not familiar, I’m not asking you to put your feet in the dirt. If sticking your toes in the lawn speaks to you, though, I’m not going to stop you. That honestly sounds quite nice.

Grounding meditations and mindfulness exercises exist to serve the purpose of getting you centered. Grounding, in my mind, is the act of checking back in with yourself. In this meditation I prompt listeners to think of a time when they felt most like themselves - whatever that may be. It’s like that Instagram quote everybody is posting right now - “take a deep breath and remember who the fuck you are”.


This meditation is designed to help ground you when you're feeling anxious, out of sorts, or just need a moment to check in with yourself.
