Sleepy Time Restorative Yoga

Working hard is fun (and LAWD knows I love a good sweat), but my own adventures into injury have taught me that taking it slow is just as important for being able to move long term. I reluctantly started practicing restorative yoga after getting in a bad car accident in 2017. Restorative yoga taught me something I didn’t know: how to listen to and honor my body. That’s SO fucking hard to do! It’s definitely a practice, but it’s a skill that I am incredibly thankful to constantly be working on.

This restorative class is designed to help relax your lower back and hips, turning you into a full noodle just in time for bed. Put on some warm clothes, light some candles, and #TREATYOSELF. You’ve earned it.

This 25 minute restorative class is designed to help release the lower back and hips, while also putting you in a zen mood before bed. Sleep tight! Check out...

Learning to listen to your body can be really hard! Yoga helped me a ton, as well as giving myself permission to take it slow. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Oh and don’t forget: If you’re curious about getting deeper into your own personal mindfulness practice, I have a lot of (FREE!) resources like my 5 Day Journal Guide.

Stay rad,
