New Yoga + Fitness Playlists for Spring!
I've said it before and I'll say it again- I can't workout without some good jams. I forever wish I could be the kind of person who pops out of bed before dawn, runs to the sound of my own thoughts, and then dabs off my glistening sweat, but that's just not me. I love the intensity of running to sassy girl jams and sweating out my day. When I practice yoga, I like to have something on in the background to take me out of my head.
Usually this time of year is when I get super jazzed about running, but the weather in Seattle has been making motivation particularly hard this year and I need all the help I can get.
